We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on https://raibstechnologies.in or in one of our apps infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, tell us and we will act quickly, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957.
What to send
Write to our support email with:
- Your name, address, phone and email.
- The work or mark you own, and proof of ownership.
- Where the infringing content is (link or app and account name).
- Why you believe it infringes your rights.
- A statement that the information is true, signed by you or your authorised representative.
What happens next
We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and act on it within 15 days: we may remove or disable the content and inform the person who added it. If they believe the removal was a mistake, they may reply to us with their reasons.
False complaints may be a legal offence, so please only report real infringement.
